The following are ideas for using
Dream Snow in the classroom.
- Submitted by Caitlin Fox
For younger children, such as my daughter, it is fun to partly cover up the animals with the snow page and have them guess what animal it is based on just a peek... you can show more of the animal as needed. Fun way to read it and emphasizes learning how to identify animals by certain features. An entertaining way to learn about numbers and numerical order with young children too. My daughter is four, and when the local librarian asked her what is her favorite book she said “I LOVE ERIC CARLE BOOKS”!
