The following are ideas for using
Mister Seahorse in the classroom.
- Submitted by Jo Wahlgren
My Pre-K class read Mister Seahorse as part of our “what lives in the water” unit. We cut out seahorse shapes out of coffee filters. We randomly colored on the filters with many colors of markers and then sprayed the filter with water. We slowly turned the seahorse and let the colors mingle together. We made colorful seahorses like the cover of the book.
