Appearances and Upcoming Events
Dear Friends,
While I will still make a few scheduled appearances each year, I have cut back considerably on the number of speaking engagements and book signings I do, so that I may spend more of my time working on creative projects and enjoying my semi-retirement (while I will never retire from making books, I did make the decision around the time of my 75th birthday to retire from the business end of my work).
However, any and all upcoming scheduled appearances and events (as well as news about my work that you might be interested to know about) will be listed here on my web site so that hopefully, if the events take place near where you live, you may be able to attend.
In addition, you might like to know about a video I created in lieu of making school visits entitled “Eric Carle: Picture Writer,” in which I demonstrate how I create my collages. “Picture Writer” is available from your local bookstore or from The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art’s on-line store.
